Master of Charms: Thomas Sabo

Thomas Sabo always loved jewelry. Since, he was such an enthusiast for his jewelries, he decided to start a company on his own named after himself. Thomas Sabo’s main headquarters is in Bavaria; which is situated in the historical town of Lauf an der Pegnitz. Later on, as Thomas Sabo continuously attending and selling his products in trade fairs. He soon found out, consumers didn’t know about his works, only the merchants who purchased from him do.

As sales volumes began to increase, he seem to notice that the concept he had, really had struck gold. Therefore, instead of sitting in the dark, Thomas Sabo brought his work into the light and launched his label as Thomas Sabo in the late 1980’s.

Later on, he recruited Susanne Kölbli who is now currently a Creative Director under the label of Thomas Sabo, to work with him since in the 1990’s. Together, they forged a unique sense of style and design of trinkets and charms that brought more jewellers, customers and more clients into the Thomas Sabo brand. Having to be able to create such a distinctive look for the brand with their crafted designs of gorgeous charms, they not only created a whole new outlook but have established a new market segment that really dedicated to their products.

While news of Thomas Sabo’s collection travelled wide and far, his success continues to win fans all around the world. Thomas Sabo also launched the unisex jewellery line that enables men and women to wear the jewelry that best flaunts each and everyone’s distinctive personality through his fashion accessories designs.

Thomas Sabo also believes in giving back to the community. He’s currently engaged in several charity and fund raising projects which are noted in his website. Now, Thomas Sabo collection is also available in Malaysia where is located in Isetan Stores respectively in The Gardens, Mid Valley, Isetan in KLCC, KLIA , Pavillion Kuala Lumpur and also Bangsar Village II.
