As I was reading some fashion articles from http://www.vogue.co.uk/, I stumbled upon this jewelry piece from Dannijo.

So what and who is Dannijo? As I did some research, found out later on, Dannijo is a company jewelry by two sisters from Manhattan.

Here’s a background check, I have found from their website itself http://www.dannijo.com/article.php . This will be a summary run. Sisters name Danielle and Jodie Snyder founded the Dannijo Jewelries Store in 2008 but this is not their first fashion jewelry store. Their passion for accessories and jewelries was found in their early years while taking their father’s medical equipment for their wire work artistry. They paid a lot attention to details while they are practising their skills and also observing crafts from other designers which led to studying which jewelry type that they were attracted to. Creative thoughts led to inspiring works which feed their lucrative business. Eventually, their hard work paid off as friends and family began recognizing their designing talent in jewelry business.
Their first boutique was in Jacksonville, which already kicked up a storm of favorites from the local fans and friends whom already loved their designs since when the sisters took it as a hobby and turning it into a fashion business. After venturing into New York to further their studies. The Jacksonville boutique was closed down and sister Danielle followed Jodie into New York after she graduated. The sisters eventually reunited their passion for jewelry designs for an African non-profit LWALA founded by Danielle in 2007. Due to the huge success, it gave the sisters the confidence and the assurance to start back their own boutique and a career as a jewelry designer.
Their jewelry designs also show their personality through the jewelry pieces. A bit rock n roll, a bit bohemian, glam rock, old hollywood, and definitely a modern hip hop groovy twist to their jewelry design pieces. Many celebrities has already raved about the Dannijo’s modern jewelry collections and their jewelry designs has already been on the set of the Gossip Girls cast and on many other celebrities.
