CH + KH = Kate Hudson and Chrome Hearts Jewelry Collaboration

Just how busy is Kate Hudson? The answer is Kate is now busier than ever. Not only has she
announced her engagement to Muse rocker Matthew Bellamy but newly engaged Kate is also a
new jewelry designer. With this newly engagement news poured out in late end of April 2011, Kate
Hudson also announced that she had collaborated with Chrome Hearts for a new summer collection
line.

Chrome Hearts jewelries has been collaborating with a string of designers such as Comme des
Garçons, A Bathing Ape, Chanel, and even Barbie. But this time, Chrome Hearts decided to have a
new venture into using an actress as a designer. Now take a sneak peek at the newly designed rings
Kate has designed for Chrome Hearts.

The collection, which includes 18- and 22-karat gold bohemian pieces set with white diamonds, fresh
water pearls and aquamarine, green tourmaline, peridot and citrine gemstones, is a one-off for now. It
launches in late summer in selected Chrome Hearts stores.

CH+KH collection takes inspiration from the journeys around the world, with aquamarine, peridot, green

The jewelry line would be called CH+KH which is a joint collaboration with her long time friend Laurie
Lynn Stark, who co-owns Chrome Hearts with her husband Richard Stark. The jewelry design pieces
not only reflect on the friendship between Kate Hudson and Laurie Lynn but it also drew inspiration
from the free spirited and spontaneous nature of their life. By producing the jewelry Lin CH + KH,
both hope to inspire women from around the world to embrace life and wonders of the world, just
like they had during their spent time travelling around the world.

Though the collection is not released till late summer, one can only highly anticipate how this new

The Black Storm Invading South Korea

Okay, everyone not to panic. The Black Storm isn’t gonna kill anyone but however, it might increase a lot of heartbeat because this black storm will definitely make you more than excited.

So what exactly is the Black Storm that I keep blabbering about? Apparently, its a term used. This is because of late, many recording groups and artiste are moving on to a darker,sexier and a more mysterious look for their comback stage and also direction of the album.

Many have already ditch and part with their “I am so pretty” and “I am cute and adorable” lollipop look. Who has done it ? Well, most certainly pop group Kara (previous hit songs like Mr. ,Wanna and Honey), T-ara (previous hit songs like Bo Peep Bo Peep) , Brown Eye Girls (previous hit songs like Abracadabra and Sign), and now the latest even SNSD which stands for Girls Generation are also turning to the dark side after their hit songs like Gee, Genie (Tell me your Wish) and the latest song called OH!

Here’s a few examples to show exactly what I am talking about.

Kara’s comeback was one of my favorites so far. With their new track called Lupin and staying strong on M countdown.

Check this video out and see if you agree.

Their previous track called Mr. makes you wanna learn the trick. But it’s not dark but rather sexy and cute. Kyahh!

There’s also T-ara who made a distinct change from Bo Peep Bo Peep. Here’s their latest video “I go Crazy Because of You”

You gotta like the Brown Eye Girls for various reason they came up with very chic video that everyone caught the dancing craze and the music sets the rest apart.

I was planning to put the Abracadabra song from their Sound G album but I found this even more interesting. This is a commercial for Nivea Lip CF by Brown Eye Girls. I love it! Sorry for the numerous flattery because I am a fan. ^.^

With all that sizzling dark concept brewing from the girls, I think the guys are going to try to heat up their romantic side for spring. K-Will, 2 AM and 4 Men is definitely gonna be on the hit list in the Men’s category though. 2NE 1 ‘s video is much more lively and catchy.Watch their latest video song title “Try to copy me”.

At least, not everyone is rushing in for the Black Storm concept. It will look rather gloomy if everyone is just dressing fashionable dark for Spring and Summer.

Now, if the Black Storm dies down, I hope to see some cheer during summer. Maybe turn up the Summer Heat! Bubblegum and bright colors and maybe lighten on the neon colors would be all fun this summer. Don’t ya all agree?

Heck, even all over the fashion based web including the fashion bloggers. Denim has always sported as fun, casual and even a mysterious sex appeal to the fashion industry.

This year in 2010 promises a lot of new hope, new fashion, new talents and new inspiration. Definitely, a little more romance since Spring’s here.

With that in mind, this year Spring was full of soft colors including pastels, the colors of minimalist of black, white, and beige but most certainly we love the cotton candy colors that is not too dull but sparks that brightness without being too fluorescent.

Vintage first and now Grunge Glamour

This year the fashion movements has been unpredictable but much more than that is about embracing that inner personality. Whatever or whoever is your fashion guru, mentor or personal style advisor, the most important thing this year is really letting your personality shine through fashion, only then the fashion statement could be truly yours.

Though there’s the Techno Romantism movement at early Spring, where it made me fall in love with Elie Saab’s fashion master piece and the runway fashion parade is just as electrifying. Then comes Summer, where the bright colors of sunshine and sharp neon colors came into play. There’s also a movement where vintage fashion, jewelry and accessories come into heavy play which was around end of Spring and beginning of Summer.

Now Autumn/ Fall and Winter is already almost here, we see a lot of movements in the Velvet kind and also dark colors. At the same time is really embracing that grunge glamour and also the vintage pieces should be kept till this year is out .
