Placing Your Order
First, place the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button located below the product image. Then, whenever you’re ready to complete your order, click “Go to Checkout” and follow the easy instructions on completing your order, and select your payment option.
Should you encounter any problems while placing an order or think you may have duplicated your order, take note of the Order No. (if any) and contact us via e-mail at customerservice[at]dashingdunes.com and we will be happy to assist you. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation e-mail from us, chances are your order may not be confirmed at the last step or an error has occurred. In this case, please check with us on your order before submitting a new order.
Payment Options
Our shopping cart uses PayPal. PayPal accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, E-Checks as well as payments directly from your bank account. As such, we do not handle any of your credit card details. You will need a PayPal account to place an order with us. We recommend international customers to use this option.
Banking made easy!
We also accept direct bank-in deposits/ transfer from Malaysian bank accounts. If you are unfamiliar with how to do this, below is a step-by-step guide for your convenience. You may do either of the options below to remit your payment to us to:-

- Over-the-counter from Public Bank accounts or other bank accounts1
- Visit your local bank and fill in the deposit slip to bank in to our Public Bank account name and number as above.
- Either immediately fax to us the bank-in slip at 03 7874 3290 or scan and e-mail the bank-in slip to billing[at]dashingdunes.com and indicate your Order No..2
- Provided all details are correct and payment is received, an e-mail confirming your shipping and tracking number will be sent to your e-mail provided. Please allow 1-2 business days.
- Internet Banking via Public Bank accounts or other bank accounts1
Please ensure your internet banking account is activated before proceeding.
- Enter the internet banking website of your local bank.

- If you are transferring from a Public Bank account, please click at Transfer to third party accounts on your left hand panel under Funds Transfer;
- If you are transferring from a bank account other than Public Bank, please click at the Interbank Giro (IBG)/ Interbank Funds Transfer section (or any other name depending on your bank);
Fill in the details to bank in to our Public Bank account name and number as above.
Please copy the confirmation page onto a Word or Notepad file and e-mail it to billing[at]dashingdunes.com and indicate your Order No.. 2
Note: For security reasons, remember to delete all caches after you have logged out of your internet banking website. Refer to the instructions of your respective bank’s website to do this.

- Visit any Public Bank branch with an ATM or Cash Deposit machine.

- If you are transferring from a Public Bank account, please go to an ATM. After accessing the menu page using your Public Bank ATM card, select funds transfer.
- If you are depositing cash, please go to a Cash Deposit machine.
Fill in the details to bank in to our Public Bank account name and number as above.
- Either immediately fax to us the bank-in transaction slip at 03 7874 3290 or scan and e-mail the bank-in transaction slip to billing[at]dashingdunes.com and indicate your Order No.. 2

1 Please note that inter-bank (IBG) or interbank funds transactions are charged a fee of around RM1-2 depending on banks.
2 Our operating hours are from Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm GMT. Any transactions and e-mails on orders sent to us during Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will only be processed on the next business day.
