Shipping Risk of Loss
All items purchased from DashingDunes.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Order and Payment Procedure
All products featured on DashingDunes.com are quoted and traded in Ringgit Malaysia only. Credit card transactions for purchasing products from DashingDunes.com are only available for individuals above the age of 18. Individuals below the stipulated age may use DashingDunes.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. DashingDunes.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
All credit card transactions are handled by PayPal. As such, we do not handle any of your credit card details.
Note: Payment has to be made within 48 hours upon checkout (excluding weekends and public holidays where banks are not open for bank transfers). Otherwise the order will be cancelled automatically.
Order Cancellations
Once you hit the confirm button at checkout, your order will be sent for processing and shipping procedures will start after payment is received. If you wish to cancel your order or if there are any changes in the payment or shipping details, you should take down your Order No. and contact us immediately at customerservice[at]dashingdunes.com, via MSN or phone (View Contact Us). You may only cancel your order if shipping procedures have not commenced yet. We only accept returns for defective item(s). Please read our Return Policy for more information.
Coupon or Discount Policies
DashingDunes.com provides discounts and coupons and is governed by our terms as follows:
Discount will be applied to qualifying items only (does not apply to discounted or clearance sale items) and will be automatically calculated at check out.
Discount does not apply to taxes, shipping and handling charges or any similar processing charges.
If discounted merchandise is returned, the discount will be first deducted from the value of the returned item prior to a refund/credit being issued.
Discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offer nor can it be applied to previous purchases or gift certificates.
The entire order must be shipped to a single address to qualify for this promotion and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise.
This offer may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
